Train
- ・From JR Shinjuku Station, take the Chuo Line Express (about 2 hours).
- ・From JR Nagoya Station, take the Chuo Line Express (about 3 hours, with transfer at JR Shiojiri Station).
Please note: there is no bus service currently operating between Kobuchizawa Station or the Kobuchizawa Bus Stop and the museum. Taxis are available.

- ・ Please store backpacks and large items in the coin lockers.
- ・ Pets are not allowed inside the museum. Assistance dogs are permitted.
- ・Smoking is prohibited inside and around the museum premises.
- ・ Please refrain from using any writing instruments other than pencils inside the museum.
- ・Please refrain from speaking on mobile phones inside the museum. Set them to silent mode before entering.
