Application Requirements
【Schedule of the contest】
Applications for the contest are open from April 20th, 2024 to
September 16th, 2024 at 5pm Japan Time.
Winners will be announced on October 7, 2024.
The award ceremony will take place on November 10th, 2024.
【Who may enter】
Division 1 : Ages 4 to 10
Division 2 : Ages 11 to 18
【Notes】
・Entries will not be returned.
・Entries larger than A4 (21.0 x 29.7cm) or if required fields on the entry sheet are not filled out will be excluded from the selection process.
・We will contact you regarding the award and send the prize to the contact information you provided. Please be sure to enter valid contact information as any incorrect information will result in the award being canceled or the prize not being delivered.
【Exhibition regulations】
・Within size A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm). Thickness within 3mm. Limited to flat works.
・Art materials and techniques are free, including watercolors, oil paintings, colored pencils, crayons, collages, and prints.
・Entries must be unpublished works created by the applicant.
・Please indicate the top and bottom on the back of the work. If you are applying online, please upload your work with the top and bottom aligned.
・If you are applying by mail, please print out the entry sheet and attach it to the back of your work.
【Handling of personal information】
・Ownership and copyright of submitted works belong to the organizer.
・Personal information entered on the entry sheet will be used for notification of results, etc., as well as for results announcements on our blog and SNS, publications of our museum, media interviews, etc., such as your name, prefecture of residence, etc. We may disclose your age, etc.
