ミス・グランド・ジャパンのファイナリストたちも、美しい外見や輝かしいパフォーマンスの裏には、
多くの努力を積んでいます。
陰があるから陽が引き立ち、陽があるから陰の重要性を感じるのではないでしょうか。
この作品は、そんな『繋がり』を表現している気が致しました。
Despite the beautiful looks and glittering performances, Miss Grand Japan’s finalists also work tirelessly behind the scenes. I believe that because there’s a shadow, things can light up, and because there is light, you can appreciate the darkness. This drawing is a reminder of the connection between the two elements.

作品中の女の子たちのの行動や色使い。全体から伝わる優しさに目を惹かれました。
見た目や文化的背景に縛られることなく、互いが歩み合い助け合える『繋がり』。
ミス・グランド・ジャパンのテーマである、PEACEに重なるような温かい作品でしたので選出させていただきました。
I was drawn to this by the girls’ movement, color composition, and the warmth that communicates through the drawing. Connections between people should not be determined by the way they look or cultural backgrounds. This drawing is a winner to us because it relates to Miss Grand Japan’s theme, “Peace,” as well.

国・文化により、美しさの定義・価値観が異なります。
そんな美しさには色々な角度があるということを表現している作品な気がします。
共通の「自身の美しさを持って社会に貢献する」という『繋がり』のもと、様々な美しさや魅力を持った女性が活躍しているミス・グランドと通じるものがあると思い、ミス・グランド・ジャパン賞に選出致しました。
The definition of beauty varies depending on the country and culture. This drawing is about different angles of beauty.
Miss Grand Japan is about different beauties collaborating for the common goal of giving back to society using our platform. And that is why this work is our winner.
